Be as precise as possible and indicate whether the product can be seen entirely in the picture or whether it is too large/wide to be captured in a single image. Defects will be addressed in the next step.

A product family groups together products that are similar in shape, color, or structure. This means that our AI does not need to be trained separately for each individual product—instead, you train it on a product family. Within this family, different sizes or variants of the product can be recognized and processed together.

Important: Make sure to select the correct product family in the Live View (top right corner). Only then will the image capture begin.
