With Enao Vision, you can detect defects and monitor the quality of your products. Follow these steps to make sure everything is captured and analysed correctly:
1. 👀 Review defects
Enao Vision automatically detects your defects.
- Visual check: Go to the Defects section of the app to see detected defects.
- Check the objective: Review the result of the objective — a high percentage means good quality.
- Not satisfied? Keep labeling more defects until you reach your goal.
2. ✅ Enable defects
As soon as you are satisfied with the detected results:
- Select the relevant defect.
- Enable the defect at the top left of the defect or product page.
Note: Enabling the defect unlocks it for:
- Live: For Operators to take action
- Analytics: For detailed evaluations.
- Monitoring: For automatic notifications.
- PLC integration: So data is forwarded to production systems in real time.
💡 Tip:
If you ever have an issue with a defect, you can disable the check at any time.
